virtualenv-relocate
Stuff missing from virtualenv relocatable feature: https://github.com/pypa/virtualenv/issues/558.
Apply to existing virtualenv like:
$ virtualenv --relocatable /my/venv
$ virtualenv-relocate /my/venv1 maintainer
