This program reads weather data in .txt files: Output file is with extension .out

Column 1 is data file name Column 2 is total no of record according to condition Column 3 is no of records above average maximum in single file Column 4 is no of records below average minimum in single file Column 5 is no of records in a single file which are below average minimum across all files read. Column 6 is is no of records in a single file which are above average maximum across all files read.

Last two lines in the output file: average min temperature across all files average max temperature across all files
