yaco.hghooks

yaco.hghooks is a set of extensions to hghooks trac hooks.

It adds spanish translations of the close and see ticket actions and adds verify and merge actions.

• Do not import yaco.hghooks in install time since our dependencies are not available yet. Instead, move the version information directly to the setup.py file.
