This is an MDAKit that provides the ability to read and write H5MD-formatted trajectory data into MDAnalysis using Zarr. Zarrtraj can read local H5MD files, H5MD files in S3 buckets, and files served via http or https. It can read both H5MD-formatted files stored in hdf5 and H5MD-formatted files stored in Zarr (.zarrmd files).
