Unifi Modular Layer 2 (ML2) driver -- estenrye fork: fixes the _get_controller NoSuchOptError bug (see ubiquiti-community/networking-unifi#17) and relaxes requires-python back to >=3.10.12, matching what the code actually needs (verified against a real Python 3.10.12 + neutron/oslo_config environment) rather than upstream's >=3.12.0 policy bump. Same import name (unifi_ml2_driver) and entry point (unifi) as upstream -- only the distribution name differs, so this is a drop-in pip replacement.
