Vietnamese money on integers, because VND has no minor unit. Format, parse, apportion without losing a single dong, and read an amount out in Vietnamese words. Standard library only.

Vietnamese tax codes, mobile numbers and card numbers, validated against the sources that define them. A tax code has a check digit; a card number does not, and this says so. Standard library only.

Vietnamese collation sort keys, derived from ICU. Store the key in a binary column and ORDER BY it, because Postgres and MySQL have no Vietnamese collation. Standard library only.
