A hybrid encryption library combining RSA-2048 and AES-256 for secure message encryption and decryption. Messages are encrypted with a freshly generated AES-256 key, which is then wrapped with the recipient's RSA-2048 public key, combining the security of asymmetric cryptography with the speed of symmetric encryption. Ships a pure-Python API (HybridEncryption, EncryptedPayload, KeyStorage, PayloadStorage), PEM key management, JSON payload serialisation, and a full CLI.
