16ane-sdk (name placeholder)

This release only holds the name 16ane-sdk on PyPI. It contains no code: there is nothing to import and nothing to install it for.

The real Python SDK for 16ane, open-source software for AI agents that pay each other within contract-enforced budgets, is developed at https://github.com/bytesbrains/16ane (packages/sdk-py, import ane_sdk). It will be published here as version 0.1.0 or later.

tANE is a free testnet token with no cash value. It is not backed by rupees or any other asset, can't be redeemed, and doesn't convert to anything. Nothing about 16ane is an investment.

Security reports: see https://github.com/bytesbrains/16ane/blob/main/SECURITY.md.
