It reads the transcripts Claude Code (~/.claude, every ~/.claude-<account> a second account
runs under, and $CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR) and Codex
(~/.codex, or $CODEX_HOME) already keep on disk. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is
written.
2mw2lt [--since 24h] [--json]
--since takes 90m, 24h, 7d. --json prints one object per session.
