apolloInterface
python实现对apollo命名空间下item字段的crud
1、命名空间下items的增删改查
通过浏览器抓包的方式，抓取发生的网络事件、请求方法、header、url、标头、载荷，经postman接口验证后，可以正常实现增删改查。
2、命名空间下面的版本回滚
python实现apollo目标版本的回滚，因为apollo的每个版本都是基于不同维度发布的，所有要执行版本回滚，需要同事输入应用名称application、命名空间namespaces、集群名称clusters、环境名称env,以及最重要的要回滚的版本号release_version
