为 torrent 文件增加 Tracker 地址

AutoTracker
平时经常 BT 下载，有一些 BT 客户端不支持为种子自动添加 Tracker，例如 transmission，必须手动添加，很麻烦，于是便编写了本自动化脚本，可以快速的为种子添加 Tracker。
使用要求
Python 3.5+
使用方法
> AutoTrackers.py torrent_file
可选参数
-type：添加哪种类型的 tracker，可选：best，all，udp，http，https，ws，best_ip，all_ip，默认为 best
-rt：是否保留原有的 tracker 服务器地址，0：不保留，1：保留，默认为 1
-o：文件输出路径，默认为覆盖原文件
