ChatLink
ChatLink 是 ChatArch 的 link utilities 包入口。当前包保持最小 root-only CLI：公开 scaffold hello 命令已移除，真实 link 子命令尚未暴露。

当前 CLI 树
以下为 chatlink --tree-brief 的注册命令面。chatlink --tree 通常额外显示参数签名；当前 root-only CLI 没有业务命令参数，因此两个视图相同。
chatlink

├── --version # Show the version and exit.
├── --tree # Print the registered CLI tree and exit.
└── --tree-brief # Print the registered CLI tree without parameter signatures and exit.
CLI 边界
- 当前 CLI 只有根选项，没有业务子命令。
- 已删除模板遗留的
hello命令；不要把 scaffold/demo 命令当作公开兼容面保留。 --tree和--tree-brief由 ChatStyle 从实际 Click 命令注册面生成，用来校对 README、文档和测试。- 后续新增真实 link utility 命令时，必须先更新 Click 注册面，再用真实
chatlink --tree同步文档。
