Cloudlet
A simple, user-friendly Python file server with a modern web interface inspired by updog, featuring user roles, secure sessions, and file management capabilities.
Features
- Upload, download, and remove files via a sleek web UI
- User roles:
- Admin: upload, download, and delete files
- Guest: upload and download files only
- Built-in authentication with login/logout
- Responsive file explorer interface for browsing files
- Notifications with auto-hide
- Runs in the current working directory, no configuration needed
Installation
pip install cloudlet
Or clone this repo and run:
python cloudlet.py
Usage
Start the server:
cloudlet
Open your browser and go to:
http://localhost:5000
Requirements
- Python 3.7+
- Flask
