A user friendly package for designing parts for multiple gene deletions in Candida albicans (or other yeasts)
Project description
EasY-KO takes a list of target genes and generates the guide RNAs needed to remove these genes using Cas9. It also generates primers to duplicate a repair template containing a selection marker and to check whether the template is successfully integrated or flipped out.
This package works best in a Conda environment with Python 3.9
