ExeWatch CLI

Read-only command line for AI agents and scripts: reads logs from the ExeWatch public API. Python 3.9+, no dependencies.

Install

pip install ExeWatchCLI

Working from the repository: pip install ./cli from the repository root.

Configure

export EXEWATCH_API_KEY=ew_api_...    # created by the account owner in Settings

EXEWATCH_API_URL overrides the default https://api.exewatch.com (https only, http for localhost).

Example

exewatch errors --app "My App" --version 2.3.0.145 --limit 20

Output is JSON on stdout. Exit codes: 0 ok, 1 API or network error, 2 wrong usage or missing key.

Known limits

Continuation is by --to only, and the API's to_time is inclusive. More than --limit rows sharing one timestamp cannot be paged past, and the oldest received row reappears on continuation.
