Tracks scores for GroupMe, allowing for friendly competition.
To start, run python -m scoretracker.start_server. Runs on port 6660.
Future: - SCORETRACKER_PORT environment variable - Case-insensitivity in person names/categories - Double-space handling in commands from groupme
