Straight-forward causality analysis for continuous-valued data. We use the Kraskov-Stoegbauer-Grassberger (KSG) mutual information estimator for transfer entropy and conditional transfer entropy estimation, and the technique proposed by Duan et al. to distinguish direct and spurious causality.
