National Instrument assignment

This assginment is prepared as per of the requirements of National instrument GmbH, Berlin.
It does the following:
1) parsing the XML file
2) validating against a given schema
3) storing the data in a mongodb database.
Typical usageon microsoft windows 7 often looks like this::
1) Starting the Mongodb database by typing the following in the cmd:
cd c:\mongodb\bin
mongod
2) Running the python file:
#!/usr/bin/env python
