OpenOCTAAnalyzer

This package is an open source analysis software for Optical Coherence Tomography (OCTA). It helps to quantify the vessel area density (VAD) and other indices in different slabs.

The package was written by Claus von der Burchard from Kiel University.

The software may be used freely under the MIT License. If you use this package in a scientific context, please cite the following paper:
