OrgMatt: exploring organic matter from human activities
This Python library provides tools to assess the production and potential use or impacts of organic matter, such as urine and feces, that are generated by human populations.
Installation
You can get the library directly from PyPi:
pip install orgmatt
Geting the latest version and the code locally
You can get the data from this git repository using
git clone https://git.sr.ht/~tfardet/OrgMatt
Get the required dependencies listed in requirements.txt via:
pip install -r requirements.txt
Then install the library via
pip install .
You can also install it directly via
pip install git+https://git.sr.ht/~tfardet/OrgMatt
Coverage and testing
The library is well tested, current coverage can be found at the bottom of each build and is typically close to 90%.
Contributing
Please run:
pipx install pre-commit nbstripout pytest ruff
pre-commit install
pip install -r requirements.txt
