Collection of tools for certain biomechanical pipelines
Project description
Requirements:
A minimal Python environment with setuptools library is expected. We recommend Anaconda 64-bit.
Installation (for Anaconda)
Open a command shell
Proceed with the installation of PyBiomech:
pip install PyBiomech -vvvTo verify than everything went ok, type:
pythonand then import the library:
>>> import PyBiomechIf no error occurs, then you have correctly installed it!
Update
Open a command shell
Type the following to update PyBiomech:
pip install PyBiomech --upgrade
