Installation

conda create -n tac3d python=3.11 tk
conda activate tac3d
pip install PyTac3D

Quick Start

1. Export demonstration files:

   pytac3d-demo  # Exports examples to current directory

2. Navigate to examples directory:

   cd PyTac3D_examples

3. Execute the demo script:

   python get_object_info.py  # View tactile sensor outputs

Simple Usage

For more complex implementations, reference the following pattern:

# Initialize sensor interface
sensor = PyTac3D.Sensor(port=9988)

sensor.waitForFrame()
