PyVSL

VS-Lite in Python. It contains two modes:

  1. The wrapper mode. PyVSL implements a python wrapper for VS-Lite in R <https://github.com/suztolwinskiward/VSLiteR>_ and another for VS-Lite in Matlab <https://github.com/suztolwinskiward/VSLite/blob/master/VSLite_v2_3.m>_ , along with a wrapper for the Bayesian estimator of the parameters (in Matlab) <https://github.com/suztolwinskiward/VSLite/blob/master/estimate_vslite_params_v2_3.m>_
  2. VS-Lite in pure Python
