Pygments JSON Formatter plugs into the Pygments syntax highlighting package written in Python.
It provides generic formatters that output the token-stream as a whole or segmented by tokens or literals in JSON.
Install the Pygments JSON Formatter tip via easy_install Pygments-JSON-Formatter==dev.
