Rohde & Schwarz CMP180 WCDMA Measurement RsCMPX_WcdmaMeas instrument driver.
Basic Hello-World code:

instr = RsCMPX_WcdmaMeas('TCPIP::192.168.2.101::hislip0')
idn = instr.query('*IDN?')
