The 'Singularity Expansion Method - Parameter Optimizer' (SEMPO) package is a set of tools to retrieve the parameters of the Singularity Expansion in either its classical form, the Generalized Drude-Lorentz model (GDL) or the Möbius Transformations in the Singularity Expansion (MTSE), or of the Singularity and Zero Factorization (SZF).
