Plot Sanger sequencing trace data from AB1 files.

Installation

pip install SangerTraces

Usage

from sangertraces import SangerTrace

trace = SangerTrace("example.ab1", 
                    color_scheme="ColorBlind", start = 10, end = 130, wrap_length = 80)
image = trace.plot_ab1_trace()
image.show()

Available color schemes

Nazgul, Simple, ColorBlind, Geneious-like, Hydrophobicity, HelixPropensity, StrandPropensity, TurnPropensity, BuriedIndex

Call SangerTrace.show_all_color_schemes() to list them at runtime.
