Python Module: a2y_wxcv
简述
此模块实现一个wxWidgets控件，用于显示、操控（使用Opencv和numpy）图片（numpy.ndarray格式）。
本来这个模块里的内容也可以放在wxtools，但由于需要导入opencv，放一起的话会导致不需要使用opencv的程序也依赖opencv，
最终生成的程序体积将会大很多，所以单独开一个wxcv。
控件基于原有的ImagePanel实现。
