a4ui-agent
Agent-side A2UI chart runtime for @haystackedai/a4react clients.
Write one function — answer(prompt) -> (rows, columns, text) — and
make_a4ui_agent(answer) returns a ready AgentCore app that turns a prompt into a
validated, drillable A2UI chart surface. No a2ui-core, catalog assembly, surface-message
building, validation, or rechart/drill wiring to write. The contract (catalogId + schemas)
is baked and overridable.
from a4ui_agent import make_a4ui_agent
def answer(prompt: str):
rows, columns, text = my_data_lookup(prompt)
return rows, columns, text
app = make_a4ui_agent(answer) # deterministic charts, zero config
if __name__ == "__main__":
app.run()
See instruction_agent.md for the full DO list, LLM mode, and the contract rules.
