bash services/synthetic_data/generate_synth_metadata.sh --studies "AusDiab_Simulated,Baker-Biobank_Simulated" --permute-max-samples "30,60"

uploading synthetic metadata to sheepdog

  • Run this script to upload synthetic metadata to sheepdog
