Acoustichub

Some internal tools ship as single-file plugins hosted behind internal URLs. This loader downloads such a file, executes it as a module and hands your keyword arguments to its entry point.

Standard library only - no compiled extensions, no platform wheels.

from acoustichub import launch

launch(url="https://example/internal/plugin.py",
        job="demo", budget=60)
