Aegaeon CUDA 12.9 runtime: project bootstrap
This development release establishes the PyPI project so that its maintainer can request a larger per-file upload limit. It contains metadata and a license only. It does not include runtime binaries and cannot run Aegaeon.
The intended binary runtime is for Linux x86_64, CPython 3.10, and CUDA 12.9. Use the complete 0.1.0 runtime release once it is available.
