1. Mode 1 — Instant Zero-Config Mode (Default Out-of-the-Box):
   Just run aegis-ai. If PostgreSQL is not configured yet, aegis automatically creates a local embedded database at ~/.nilswa-workspace-crm/data/devops.db, seeds the default Demo Workspace, IT Admin role, and Admin account, and starts immediately!
2. Mode 2 — 1-Command Docker PostgreSQL 16 + pgvector (--docker-db):
   Have Docker running? Run one command and aegis automatically starts a pgvector/pgvector:pg16 container, enables vector + pg_trgm, applies all 120+ bundled SQL schema, Row-Level Security (RLS), and 143 AI Agent seed files, and saves DATABASE_URL in ~/.nilswa-workspace-crm/settings.json:
