agent-action-capsule-verifier
Name claim. This release reserves the agent-action-capsule-verifier
package name for the verifier of the Agent Action Capsule — a SCITT
application profile for verifiable agent actions. It contains no
implementation yet; the real release will follow.
The profile-agnostic SCITT/COSE verification substrate it will build on is
already published: scitt-cose.
