WebSocket + REST relay for Agentrix. Routes IDE <-> mobile <-> core.

agentrix-relay
FastAPI + WebSocket server that sits between IDEs, mobile apps, and the
agentrix-core runtime. Its only job: auth, session routing, and
protocol translation. All intelligence lives in agentrix-core.
Run locally:
pip install -e "packages/core[all]" -e packages/relay
agentrix-relay # starts on 127.0.0.1:8000 (override with AGENTRIX_PORT)
