Environment bootstrap package for AGILAB with virtualenv, path, and runtime helpers

AGI-ENV

agi-env provides headless environment bootstrap and runtime helpers: paths, credentials, virtual environments, and launch context.

Quick install

pip install agi-env

For Streamlit pages and local UI sessions, install the separate UI package:

pip install agi-gui

Typical usage

• Create or update environment context for runtime sessions.
• Resolve workspace paths consistently across local and shared installs.
• Centralize small utilities used by managers and worker packaging.

Compatibility modules

Top-level modules such as agi_env.agi_env, agi_env.pagelib, and agi_env.data_archive_support are compatibility shims for existing external imports. New internal code should import the classified implementation modules under agi_env.runtime, agi_env.project, agi_env.ui, agi_env.shares, agi_env.source, or agi_env.integrations.
