AI Fleet Kanban

The acceptance-first kanban for mixed AI agent fleets — the board that solves "how not to trust what your agents say they finished": deliverable-existence gates, fail-closed source pinning, human-gated rulings, per-attempt usage ledgers, and an immutable task history.

This package name is reserved for the v0.1 release, which ships from https://github.com/yiwang0w0/ai-fleet-kanban — extraction from the production deployment where these mechanisms were battle-tested is complete; the public tree lands with v0.1 (core board) + v0.2 (governance gates) together.
