aiida-gadi-scheduler

Scheduler for the NCI Gadi HPC cluster.

This package is available to install via conda or pip:

conda install -c accessnri aiida-gadi-scheduler

pip install aiida-gadi-scheduler

To setup and configure the scheduler for use with AiiDA, please run the following commands using the configuration files gadi-setup.yaml and gadi-configure.yaml, and enter in the requested prompts:

verdi computer setup --config gadi-setup.yaml

verdi computer configure core.ssh_async --config gadi-configure.yaml gadi

Note: For aiida-core <= 2.8.0, calculations using Gadi super computer may require enabling metadata.options.import_sys_environment = False. See aiida-core #7395 for more details.
