algovoi-keystone-nats
Bind NATS publishes to the AlgoVoi keystone -- every publish on a wrapped nats-py connection gets a content-addressed execution_ref. Open, keystone-only edition, Apache-2.0. Byte-compatible with algovoi-execution-ref.

from algovoi_keystone_nats import keystone_nats
nc = keystone_nats(connection, decision_ref="sha256:...")
await nc.publish("orders.created", payload)
nc.execution_ref # binds that publish (scope = subject) to the keystone decision
publish is awaited (NATS publishes are async); everything else (subscribe, request, jetstream,
...) passes through. A failed publish is recorded FAILED. No nats dependency. JetStream publishes
wrap the same way. Or compute standalone with nats_execution_ref(...).
A failed operation is recorded with outcome FAILED; tamper_detected(...) recomputes any
binding offline.
Keystone-only edition
The open edition binds and verifies each operation. The signed, hash-linked chain of operations (PQC + CCC ingest) is the commercial tier.
