algovoi-reseal (placeholder)

This is not the product. It reserves the algovoi-reseal name on PyPI so it cannot be squatted. AlgoVoi Reseal quantum-seals documents you already have (verify the classical RSA/ECDSA signature today, bind it into a post-quantum, RFC-3161 timestamped, offline-verifiable attestation).
