an_CudaChecker
an_CudaChecker は、Google Colab やローカル環境において、CUDA が正しくインストールされているかをチェックする Python パッケージです。

- インストールされている CUDA バージョンを取得
- 利用可能な GPU の一覧を表示
- PyTorch で GPU が認識されているか確認
