SCADE Test Harness Generator for Python.

Overview

Ansys SCADE Test Harness Generator (THG) for Python generates Python test scripts from SCADE Tests projects. These Python tests target the Python proxies produced by Ansys SCADE Python Wrapper

Requirements

The ansys-scade-pyhg package supports only the versions of Python delivered with Ansys SCADE, starting from 2024 R2:

• 2024 R2 through 2025 R2: Python 3.10

• 2026 R1 and later: Python 3.12

Ansys SCADE THG for Python has two installation modes: user and developer. To install for use, see Getting started. To install for development, see Contribute.

Documentation and issues

Documentation for the latest stable release of Ansys SCADE THG for Python is hosted at Ansys SCADE THG for Python documentation.

In the upper right corner of the documentation’s title bar, there is an option for switching from viewing the documentation for the latest stable release to viewing the documentation for the development version or previously released versions.

On the Ansys SCADE THG for Python Issues page, you can create issues to report bugs and request new features. On the Discussions page on the Ansys Developer portal, you can post questions, share ideas, and get community feedback.
