Generic code integration target for SCADE.

Overview

Ansys SCADE Wrapper Tools is a collection of tools for developing SCADE Code Generator extensions. It contains:

• A SCADE Code Generator extension, Generic Integration, that produces a standalone executable and schedules optional additional wrappers.

• A SCADE Code Generator extension, C/C++ Simulation Hooks, that allows hooking Simulator functions.

• Utility SCADE Code Generator generation services that can be involved by wrappers.

• A Python library for developing wrappers.

Requirements

The ansys-scade-wux package supports only the versions of Python delivered with Ansys SCADE, starting from 2021 R2:

• 2021 R2 through 2023 R1: Python 3.7

• 2023 R2 and later: Python 3.10

Ansys SCADE Wrapper Tools has two installation modes: user and developer. To install for use, see Getting started. To install for development, see Contribute.

Documentation for the latest stable release of Ansys SCADE Wrapper Tools is hosted at Ansys SCADE Wrapper Tools documentation.

In the upper right corner of the documentation’s title bar, there is an option for switching from viewing the documentation for the latest stable release to viewing the documentation for the development version or previously released versions.

On the Ansys SCADE Wrapper Tools Issues page, you can create issues to report bugs and request new features. On the Discussions page on the Ansys Developer portal, you can post questions, share ideas, and get community feedback.
