antsxmm BIDS_TEST/ PROCESSED_OUTPUT/ --project PPMI

# Force download templates
antsxmm BIDS_TEST/ PROCESSED_OUTPUT/ --project PPMI --dl-weights

Testing

Commands to run:

pip install -e .
