Historical handoff package for the APlane SDK

APlane Python SDK Has Moved
The Python SDK formerly published as aplane has moved to aplanesdk.
Install the new package:
pip install aplanesdk
The SDK source now lives at:
https://github.com/aplane-algo/aplanesdk
This aplane package is a historical handoff package and no longer contains
the SDK implementation.
