This name is reserved by CSC. The real arcana-contracts package is published to a
private Azure Artifacts feed and is not distributed on public PyPI.
If you installed this package expecting CSC's KYCv2 contracts, your index configuration
is resolving against public PyPI instead of the private feed. Use a single
--index-url pointing at the private feed — never --extra-index-url, which merges
indexes and selects the highest version across both.
This placeholder contains no code and will never contain any.
