arcos-gui
A napari plugin to detect and visualize collective signaling events
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
Installation
You can install arcos-gui via pip:
pip install arcos-gui
OS Support
As of version 0.0.2 arcos-gui works natively in python with the arcos4py package, meaning that R is no longer required.
To install the most recent development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/bgraedel/arcos-gui.git
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
