Compatibility shim that installs and re-exports artflow-core

artflow
artflow is a thin compatibility package that depends on artflow-core and re-exports its public API.
Install artflow-core directly for the canonical package. This shim exists so the artflow PyPI name can be claimed and continue to work for imports.
