Ascent Science SDK plugin for BranchAndBound (精确求解).

The plugin executes the algorithm through the licensed Ascent Science API. Set ASCENT_ENDPOINT, ASCENT_USER_ID, and ASCENT_SDK_CODE instead of passing credentials in code when preferred.
