Missed utilities for working with Python dictionaries.

Python has great builtins for working with lists as well as dictionaries, but some utilities for working with dictionaries are still missed. This fills the gap.

asdicts is released under the Apache Licence 2.0, and the code on GitHub. It’s rigorously tested on Python 3.6+. If you’d like to contribute to asdicts you’re most welcome!
